Lovely hotel in a great location roof top pool looked amazing sadly we was there in February Hotel does not have irons to loan out

All round an excellent place to stay Alumencar isn’t up to much a bit town no shops as such but beach area excellent

A thumbs up all in all!

Very clean. Pleasant receptionists were helpful & assisted with phone charger too. Pleasant staff food hall. Food good but could do with more variety of choice at dinner. Fresh pineapple/ oranges at breakfast great choice though.

Just that room window had no net/privacy curtain despite facing main road.

Wonderful

Staff were helpful. Sun roof had plenty of beds. Cleaning was good. Food / beverages at the attached cafe was exceptional value.

Hotel, like many in Spain is just a little dated / tired and in need of a refresh, however the price reflects this which makes it great value for money.

Good value for the money

Location was great. Room was kept very clean. Good mattress. Plenty to eat at breakfast.

As a couple would have preferred a queen or king size bed instead of the 2 double beds. A coffee maker would have been nice in the room. Within a week stay had to go to the reception to reset the room key several times, pretty annoying.

A very pleasant stay in a centrally located hotel.

I like the location of the hotel both near the sea and the town centre. The staff were completely different to those when I stayed in 2021. This time the reception staff were far more friendly and generally greeted people when they left or entered the hotel.

The awful old fashioned colour scheme. The room looked as though it had recently been decorated which was a great improvement but orange curtains, cushions and bed valance in a service ware type material with dark wood furniture. Yuk! So 70s and very unattractive today.

Great value for money stay - friendly hotel staff - enjoyed the entertainment provides on some nights during our stay

Friendly welcome - parking on site (at a fee) - central location. Entertainment on some nights during our stay. Nice view of the town from our balcony.

Would have liked tea/coffee making in room. A welcome drink? There was no water in the fridge

Very recommendable

We had a big, nice and comfortable room with a balcony on the quiet back side of the hotel. There was a fridge but unfortunately no water brewer. Breakfast was a fiest. They had all you could ask for. If we come back to Almunecar we will stay here again.

Very good location near to beaches,shops,bars and restaurants. Very helpful staff. Comfortable bed,hot shower. Parking nearby at a reduced cost. Restaurant meals available. Good value for money.

Location. Modern and spacious.

We informed that we should arrive 9am, and since it is low season and the hotel is half occupied we hoped to get a room early, but had to wait to 2pm as ordinary check in.
